Submit an event

If you are organising or have spotted a conference, workshop, forum or site visit in Irish pharmaceutical manufacturing, send it in. No account needed, and the form asks for nothing about you beyond an optional email address.

What gets listed

It is relevant to people working in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing, and it takes place in Ireland or is run online by an Irish organisation.
The date is confirmed and published somewhere by the organiser. Nothing goes up on a rumour.
There is a link that resolves. That link is what visitors click, so it needs to be the organiser’s own page, not a summary of it.

Vendor webinars and product launches are usually declined. Training courses are listed when they run as a scheduled event rather than on demand.

What happens next

Every submission is reviewed and checked against the organiser’s page before it goes up. If the link does not resolve or the date is not confirmed, the entry waits rather than going live, and we will get in touch if we need more details. Once added, the site rebuilds and the event appears within a few minutes.

If you would rather send a pull request

The whole calendar is one file. Add an entry to content/events.json and open a pull request. The build refuses bad dates, duplicate slugs, missing fields and links that are not https, so a green check means the entry is well formed. The form above is validated against exactly the same rules.
