Privacy and terms
This is a static site with no accounts and no tracking. The only thing it collects is what you choose to type into the submission form. There is not much to say, which is the idea.
Who runs this site
pharmaevents.ie is operated by Blynksolve Ltd, a company incorporated in Ireland. Blynksolve is the data controller for any personal data this site handles, and the provider of the service described in the terms below.

Privacy
What this site collects
Nothing as you browse. No cookies are set, no analytics or tracking scripts run, no advertising or social media pixels are embedded, and there is no sign-up or login. Pages are plain files served to your browser.
What the host sees
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. That processing is covered by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Links away from here
Every listing links to a third party site, and the organisations listed as sources are third parties too. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies. This site has no control over and no visibility into what happens there.
If you submit an event
The submission form sends what you type to the person who maintains the calendar, by email. That is the only personal data this site handles, and the only field that identifies you is your email address, which is optional and used solely to come back to you about the submission. It is not added to any mailing list. Submissions are kept while the event is relevant and then deleted. Everything else you enter describes a public event and may be published on the calendar.
Email is delivered by Resend, which processes the message in order to send it. If instead you open an issue or pull request on the public repository, whatever you post there is public, is stored by GitHub, and is covered by GitHub’s privacy statement. Either way, please do not include personal details beyond what you are happy for us to hold.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection in respect of personal data held about you. Here that means an email address left with a submission, or something published in a listing. Email contact@blynksolve.com and it will be dealt with. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission.
Terms
What a listing is
Listings are published for information. Dates, venues, prices and programmes are set by the organiser and change without notice. Always confirm the detail on the organiser’s own page before travelling, booking or paying for anything.
No affiliation
Appearing in this calendar does not mean an organisation is connected to, sponsors or endorses this site, and listing an event is not an endorsement of it. Organisation names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the event.
Accuracy and availability
Entries are checked against the organiser’s published announcement before they go up, but the site is provided as is, with no warranty that it is complete, accurate or continuously available. No liability is accepted for loss arising from relying on a listing or on any site linked from here. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be excluded under Irish law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Corrections and removal
If a listing is wrong, out of date, or you are an organiser who would rather not be listed, say so or email contact@blynksolve.com, and it will be corrected or removed.
